Infrastructure Construction Management Chi, Seokho Professor Construction Management
About

Professor Seokho Chi specializes in construction management, smart construction and maintenance, construction AI and automation, and construction safety. He leads a National Research Foundation program on construction digital twins and a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport international R&D hub project and previously served as the founding director of SNU's Haedong Advanced Engineering Center. Before joining SNU, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Transportation Research and an assistant professor at Queensland University of Technology. As of August 2026, he had led 70 public and private R&D projects, published extensively, obtained 20 patents, and advised 50 graduate students.
